I have aphantasia, meaning my ability to imagine what you are describing is nearly non-existent. TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms are designed to protect both of our interests and ensure that we have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the commissioning process.
By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to following terms:

  • Commissions are for personal use only.

  • I, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork. Which includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image for self-promotion. Therefore I can post commissions on any of my social media platforms, unless the client requests it as private.

  • The client can claim the right to their character/s, but not to the artwork itself. I have no claim of ownership of characters depicted, unless they are my original characters.

  • The client can share the artwork on any place they see fit with proper credit.

  • Printing the commissioned piece is allowed for personal use only.

  • Reproducing/using my artworks commercially without my knowledge, claiming the artwork as your own, removing my signature from the artwork, changing the artwork without my knowledge (this includes but is not limited to coloring/recoloring) is considered copyright infringement.

  • FULL PAYMENT FIRST if the commission is equal or under 100$. If it is over 100$ the client can pay 50% first and 50% after I finish the commission.

  • I will start working on the artwork only after the full payment or the first-rate of the agreed payment is done.

  • Payment via PayPal only. The client will receive an invoice from me. Payment is expected to be done in 7 days, unless discussed otherwise beforehand. If the payment is not done within the agreed time frame, the commission will be cancelled.

  • Commissions may take me from 4 days to 5 weeks to finish. If delays arise you will be notified.

  • If the commission is urgent, additinal fee may be applied, which must be defined in advance.

  • I do not necessarily work in order.

  • All of the updates, questions, requests etc. must be communicated via email.

  • The client has 3 free major revisions, if the client asks for more revisions they'll be charged 25% of the original price for each revision. After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free.

  • The client will receive 2-3 updates on the artwork and then the finished work, unless more updates are specifically requested. For full illustrations, I will provide more updates at various stages. Please, remember that I mostly do my sketches traditionally, but the finished artwork will still be done digitally and the client will receive the digital version only.

  • Finished commission will be sent to the client via email in PNG format, unless specified otherwise beforehand.

  • The client is not allowed to use and sell the commission as NFT. I will not do commissions that are intended to be used as NFTs. The client has no right to hide the fact that the artwork they want to commission is intended to be used as NFT.

  • I do not authorise using any of my pieces for the purpose of teaching AI and/or to produce AI generated images.

  • The client must give detailed description of their commission request with references and specify the desired size (in pixels or centimeters) if they have one.

  • If I have to find the references myself an additional 25% fee of the final price will be applied.

  • I reserve the right to decline commission requests without disclosing the reason to the client.

  • If the client cancels their commission before I started working on it, they'll get a refund, if I already started working on the artwork it will not be refunded.

  • If I can't finish the commission for any reason, the client will get a refund.

  • If I do not get a response from the client in two weeks during any stage of doing the commission it will be cancelled without a refund.

  • It will take me from a couple of hours to 4 days to respond to the request. If I do not respond to the client in these terms it means i did not see the request and the client is more than welcome to resend it or contact me on my other social media platforms.

  • Any uncomfortable, toxic or bad behavior will not be tolerated and the commission will be canceled without a refund if it occurs.

  • A refund will not be issued if any of these Terms of Service are violated.
